HAMILTON TOWNSHIP PATRIOTIC COMMITTEE
“NEEDS YOU”
The Hamilton Township Patriotic Committee (HTPC) was formed in March 1996 and incorporated in January 1997 as a 501c(3) organization.
The HTPC was organized exclusively for the promotion and furtherance of patriotism within Hamilton Township. Our mission statement is to create and foster an awareness of our American heritage by honoring and perpetuating the memory of those patriots who have distinguished themselves by their service and sacrifices while members of the armed forces of the United States; and by encouraging all our citizens to participate actively in programs and events offered by the Committee which are designed to promote and stimulate love of country and flag.
Since the beginning, the HTPC has been responsible for acquiring various military displays/monuments for the four main entrances to Veterans Park; they were acquired by the HTPC at no cost to the Township. HTPC raises the necessary funds from our Patriotic Walkway brick program, donations at our various events and, when needed, at special fundraisers. We also receive contributions of materials and labor from our various community businesses.
We are looking for additional members to join the HTPC. Our only requirements are that you are a resident of Hamilton Township, attend our meetings and participate in our various events and are a Patriot (military service is not required).
If you are interested in becoming a member, please contact me at 609-203-3637 or send an e-mail to “katbobw@optonline.net”. We meet every every second Wednesday of the month at the Hamilton Township Call Center on Justice Samuel Alito, Jr. Way beginning at 2:00 PM.
Thank you!
COL (Ret) Bob Watson
